May 19: Downsview Arena

Wednesday May 19 the Humber River Hospital will be vaccinating people 12+ who live or work in M6L at Downsview Arena (1633 Wilson Avenue).

Here's what you need to know: 

  • There are no appointments at this clinic, so be prepared to wait in line.
  • Open from 9am until supply runs out.
  • If you have an OHIP card (health card), bring it with you with proof of address.
  • If you don't have an OHIP card (health card), bring another form of ID and proof of address.

 

May 19 - 21: John Polayni Collegiate Institute 

Unison and Women's College Hospital are hosting a vaccination clinic at John Polayni Collegiate Institute (640 Lawrence Avenue West) for people aged 12+ in M6N between May 19 and May 21

Here's what you need to know: 

  • Clinic is open for first dose vaccinations for anyone who is 12 years or older who live or work in any "M" hotspot 
  • There are no appointments at this clinic.
  • If you have an OHIP card (health card), bring it with you with proof of address.
  • If you don't have an OHIP card (health card), bring another form of ID and proof of address.
